child has allergies, will the cleaning bother him/her?
The cleaning agents used in the Chem-Dry system are as
hypoallergenic as possible. As one franchise out of over

Do
I have to vacuum after the serviceman is gone?
No, not as part of the cleaning service. We encourage
you to maintain a very regular vacuum schedule. After
the service is performed, you will want to vacuum 2-3
days a week to keep your carpets at their best.

How
often should I vacuum my carpet?
We recommend you vacuum as often as possible. Even
vacuuming everyday will not hurt your carpet. We find
that carpets vacuumed most often, are the carpets that
look the best over time. In other words, the more you
vacuum, the longer your carpet will last.

When
are you available to clean my carpet?
The office is generally open Monday-Friday, from
8am-5pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm. We generally schedule
are first appointment of the day at 9am and the last
one between 3pm and 5pm. If you have needs outside of
those times, with ample notice, we will be more than
happy to accommodate you.

What
kind of prep work do I need to do before the technician
arrives?
Just move any breakables, or small stuff out of
the way. We will move what one technician can safely
move (such as couches, loveseats, coffee tables, etc.)
We will not move any computers, televisions, stereos,
electronics, entertainment centers, china cabinets,
pianos due to financial risk and please note that in
bedrooms we only clean the traffic areas.

How
long does it take to get an appointment?
Under normal circumstances, we can arrange an appointment
for you within a couple of days of your call. During
the busy season (June through December), we may need
up to a week's notice. If you are looking for a morning
appointment, it is best to schedule in advance, since
these time slots fill the fastest.

How
many people will come to my home?
Under normal circumstances, 2 serviceman will perform
the work. This allows us to provide timely and top-quality
service and greatly reduces fatigue and potential injuries
to our valued employees

Do
you clean upholstery too?
Yes! We clean upholstered fabrics that others won't! Sofas,
loveseats, sectional chairs, ottomans and even leather
upholstery. |

How
long does the carpet cleaning take?
Every job is different, but on average 2 rooms and
a hallway will take about 1 hour. A whole house service
will average about 2-3 hours.
